Full conference registration

The 2024 Zarrow Mental Health Symposium will be hosted virtually. If you are registered, you can get more information about logging into the virtual platform here.

Your full conference registration fee gives you access to all 3 days of the live Symposium, September 25-27. In addition, we will record all breakout and keynote sessions that you will be able to access post-event to earn additional CEUs.

Early Bird Price - $160 | Active through August 19, 2024

Full Price - $200 | Active through September 16, 2024

After September 16, full conference registration will be $225.

STUDENT DISCOUNT

We are happy to offer a registration rate of $50 for current undergraduate or graduate students. To access the student discount, please fill out the form here. Contact Symposium staff at info@mhaok.org with any questions.

GROUP DISCOUNTS

Groups of 5-9 receive a rate of $144 per registration and groups of 10+ receive a rate of $136 per registration.

If you need to pay for conference registration with a check or PO or have any questions about registration, contact Symposium staff at info@mhaok.org.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

A complete refund for conference registration will be made only if written notification is made to Mental Health Association Oklahoma on or before September 10, 2024. There will be a $50 cancellation fee for all refunds requested after September 10.

No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after September 18. Registration fees are not transferable to future events.
