Your registration fee gives you access to all 3 days of the live virtual symposium, October 8-10, 2025.

In addition, you will be able to access all breakout and keynote sessions post-event to earn additional CEUs.

Registration must be paid in full before the start of the conference, October 8, 2025.

Standard Price - $300 | August 27 - September 30, 2025

Late Registration - $335 | October 1-10, 2025

STUDENT DISCOUNT

We are pleased to offer a highly discounted registration rate of $15 for current undergraduate or graduate students. To qualify, you must be currently enrolled and provide a copy of your student ID.

Groups of 5-9 - $215 per registration

Groups of 10+ - $205 per registration

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

A complete refund for conference registration will be made only if written notification is made to Mental Health Association Oklahoma on or before September 23, 2025. There will be a $50 cancellation fee for all refunds requested after September 23.

No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after September 30, 2025. Registration fees are not transferable to future events.
